CWP Energy is proud to reaffirm its ongoing commitment to the Dalry community through its
annual contribution of £129,750 to the Dalry Parish Boundary Trust, a vital local charity
dedicated to supporting individuals, groups, and organisations across the parish.
The Trust plays a key role in distributing funds to initiatives that directly benefit the local area,
enhancing quality of life, supporting community development, and creating meaningful
opportunities for residents of all ages.
Recent grants awarded in 2026 illustrate the breadth of impact this funding delivers. Support
has been provided to Impact Arts Projects Ltd to deliver art therapy programmes in local
primary schools, helping young people access creative wellbeing support. Investment has also
been made in local facilities, including funding for improvements to Beith Golf Club’s course
and machinery.
Community groups such as the Barrmill Jolly Beggars have benefited from assistance with
social activities, including a trip to the Scottish Borders, while longstanding local events like the
Dalry Farmers Society’s annual agricultural show have received significant backing. In addition,
young people have been given opportunities to take part in development experiences such as
the Ocean Youth Trust Project through Garnock Campus SC. Together, these examples
highlight how funding from the Dalry Parish Boundary Trust is used to support education,
wellbeing, recreation, and community cohesion across the area.
Pete Boustead, Educational Ranger at CWP Energy, added:
“It’s fantastic to see how this funding is being used at a grassroots level across Dalry. From
supporting young people through education and outdoor experiences to strengthening
community groups and local traditions, the impact is both wide-reaching and deeply
meaningful. Being able to contribute to these opportunities year after year is something we’re
incredibly proud of.”
The Dalry Parish Boundary Trust continues to act as a cornerstone of community support,
funding projects that range from youth development and arts programmes to local events and
infrastructure improvements. More information on the Trust and the projects it supports can be

CWP Energy remains committed to working in partnership with the Trust and the wider
community to ensure that this funding continues to deliver lasting local benefits for years to
come.
