We develop wind farms and renewable energy projects that have positive effects on local communities, economies, supply chains, and the natural environment.
Our in-house team have developed nine operational wind farms. This is supported by an extensive pipeline of forthcoming wind, solar, and battery storage projects.
Prospective land areas undergo a feasibility assessment, to determine their suitability. If deemed suitable, and Landowners are agreeable, the project is progressed.
This involves consultation with key stakeholders about the prospective project, seeking their feedback on the proposal, prior to finalising the scheme.
The EIA comprises site surveys and assessments to identify any potential impacts which can then be minimised.
A full planning application is submitted, supported by the EIA and many other documents to the Local Planning Authority and/or the Government.
If planning permission is granted, then planning conditions are discharged and the project can commence construction.
Once complete, our projects are managed by our onsite Operations Managers and monitored via our SCADA systems.
